摘要
目前汽车冲压模具在材料处理时大多采用传统热处理工艺,经常造成汽车冲压模具的冷冲效率低和使用寿命短,严重影响了汽车生产制造的品质和效率。对此,文章提出了40Cr的汽车冲压模具热处理工艺,分析了冲压模具热处理工艺及参数,采用了40Cr钢的4个试件做对比,即第一件为传统热处理试件;第二件为文章热处理试件;第三件为传统改进热处理试件;最后一件为初始试件。观测它们的金相组织结构,测试各自试件的硬度。实验结果表明:文章热处理工艺试件硬度最高,变形量最小,热处理后的金相组织马氏体较多,更具耐磨性能。
At present,the traditional heat treatment process of automobile stamping die is mostly used in the process of material processing.It often causes low cooling efficiency and short service life of automobile stamping die,which seriously affects the quality and efficiency of automobile manufacturing.This paper puts forward the heat treatment process of 40Cr’s automobile stamping die,analyzes the heat treatment process and parameters of the stamping die,uses 4 parts of 40Cr steel to make a contrast,i.e.the first one is the traditional heat treatment test piece,the second is the heat treatment test piece,the third is the traditional improved heat treatment test piece,and the last one is the initial test for observing their metallographic structure and testing their hardness.The experimental results show that the hardness of the specimen is the highest and the deformation is the smallest,and there are more martensite in metallographic structure with more wear-resistance after heat treatment.
