摘要
就热处理工艺对40Cr钢表面粗糙度影响的问题,进行试验研究。通过五种不同的热处理工艺,得到五种不同的表面粗糙度,由此确认热处理工艺与40Cr钢表面粗糙度的关系。基于两者的关系,可以通过热处理工艺来使机械零件达到表面粗糙度要求。
The experimental study on the influence of the heat treatment process on the surface roughness of 40Cr steel was carried out. Five different types of surface roughness were obtained by five different heat treatment process, thereby the relationship between the heat treatment process and the surface roughness of 40Cr steel could be defined. Based on the relationship between the two, the mechanical parts can satisfy the requirements on surface roughness by certain heat treatment process.
