摘要
采用不同工艺对DAC 55压铸模具进行热处理,利用高温洛氏硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机和箱式电阻炉对试样的高温硬度、高温磨损性能和热疲劳性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,适当的热处理可以提高DAC 55压铸模具的高温硬度、耐高温磨损性能和抗热疲劳性能。与未进行热处理的试样相比,分级淬火和(600±10)℃二次回火可使DAC55压铸模具在200℃和500℃下的表面硬度分别提高16.3 HRC和19 HRC,磨损体积分别减小96.07%和92.51%。
The high temperauture hardness, high temperature wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of the DAC55 casting die after different heat treatment were studied by rockwell hardness tester, friction wear testing machine, and box resistor-stove. The results show that the surface hardness, high temperature wear resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance of the die can be improved by heat treatment. The hardness of the die increases by 16.3 HRC and 19 HRC, and the wear volume decrease by 96.07% and 92.51% at 200 ℃ and 500 ℃, respectively, aftergradingquenchinganddoubletemperingat(600±10)℃.
