摘要
国六排放法规引入新的排放测试循环-全球统一的轻型车排放测试规程(WLTP),对气体污染物排放限值进行加严,同时增加了对颗粒物(PN)的测试要求。该法规还引入实际行驶排放污染物(RDE)的测试要求。RDE的法规要求的引入,使得现代汽车需要在所有正常行驶工况都必须满足排放法规的要求,因此,需要开发更可靠的排气后处理装置来满足要求。文章以某轻型汽油车国六项目后处理系统的开发为研究对象,通过对不同技术方案的催化剂进行排放测试对比,最终确定了满足法规要求的后处理方案,同时满足OBD诊断的相关要求。
The new emission regulations in CHINA,CHNA VI will introduce new emission driving cycle-Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure(WLTP),the legislation impose tighten emission limits on gas pollutants and also adds the testing of particles(PN).The Rear Driving Emission(RDE)requirement is introduced as well,The RDE requirement is to ensure modern vehicles comply with the legislation under all conditions of normal driving.So,more robust after-treatment solutions are needed to meet these new requirements.In this paper,the development of a light duty gasoline vehicle CHINA VI after-treatment is taken as the research object.Through the comparison of emission tests of different catalysts,the catalyst technology is finally determined for CHINA VI b target,and also meet requirements of OBD diagnosis.
