摘要
为满足轻型车国六排放法规中车载诊断(On-Board Diagnostics,OBD)系统的故障监测需求,针对国六排放法规的新要求,开发了OBD系统。该OBD系统包括故障检测模块、故障管理模块和基于CAN的OBD通信协议栈模块。以氧传感器的响应速率监测为实例,验证了该OBD系统实施的全流程。整车试验测试表明,该OBD系统可与诊断工具通信,有效监控排放故障,并正确点亮故障指示灯。
An OBD system that meets the requirements of the ChinaⅥemission standard for light-duty vehicles was developed.The OBD system includes a fault detection module,a fault management module,and a CAN-based OBD communication protocol stack module.The implementation of the OBD system is verified through the monitoring response rate of the oxygen sensor.The vehicle test shows that the OBD system can communicate with the diagnostic tool,effectively detect the emission faults and properly illuminate the malfunction indicator light.
