摘要 目前,汽车产量逐年增多,汽车质量的好坏也成为一个企业在市面上致胜与否的关键,而汽车排放污染物是否超标也是决定汽车质量的一个重要指标。三元催化器可以将汽车尾气氧化,使尾气中的有害气体转化为无害气体再排放至空气中,通过这样的方式可以减少环境污染。因此,测算催化器里面的储氧量就变得尤为重要,储氧量是用来判定催化器活性的一个重要条件。文章通过一种简便易达的工况来测量催化器储氧量,相比其他方法结果更准确,更快速判断催化器优劣,这在实际工作中对判断整车性能具有重要作用。 In the current years, the output of automobiles has been increasing year by year. The quality of automobiles has also become the key to an enterprise’s success in the market. Whether the pollutants emitted by automobiles exceed the standard has also become an important indicator for determining the quality of automobiles. The three-way catalyst can oxidize automobile exhaust gas,convert the harmful gas in the exhaust gas into harmless gas, and then discharge it into the air. This can reduce environmental pollution, so the calculation of the oxygen storage in the catalyst becomes particularly important. The amount of stored oxygen is an important condition for determining the activity of the catalyst. This paper aims at this, and introduces a method for measuring and calculating the oxygen storage capacity of the catalyst. By using a working condition that can be easily reached to calculate the value of the oxygen storage capacity, the measured data is more accurate than other methods. Therefore, it can be more convenient to judge the pros and cons of the catalyst, which has an important role in judging the performance of the entire vehicle in actual work.
