摘要
目的分析探讨rh GH联合双刺激治疗对卵巢功能低下患者血清激素及免疫学指标影响分析。方法收集卵巢功能低下患者176例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组88例。研究组患者采用重组人生长激素(rh GH)辅助双刺激治疗,对照组则单纯采用双刺激治疗。观察对比2组患者的疗效、并发症情况,比较雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)等血清激素水平的变化,以及血清中抗卵巢抗体(AOAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)、抗子宫内膜抗体(Em Ab)、抗精予抗体(ASA)等免疫学指标水平变化情况。结果研究组rh GH联合双刺激治疗卵巢功能低下者总有效率(90.14%)显著高于对照组(68.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的FSH、LH、E2等血清激素水平,均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),而研究组患者的改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者免疫学指标AOAb、ACA、TG-Ab、Em Ab和ASA的阳性率均有所降低(P<0.05),但研究组患者的降低更为显著(P<0.05);研究组患者发生不良反应率(5.68%)显著低于对照组(12.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rh GH辅助双刺激治疗疗效显著,可有效减少并发症的发生,改善血清激素水平及相关免疫学指标水平,具有良好的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined with double stimulation therapy on serum hormones and immunological indexes in patients with hypofunction of ovary.Methods A total of 176 patients with hypofunction of ovary were randomly divided into study group(n=88)and control group(n=88).The patients in study group were treated by recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined with double stimulation,however,the patients in control group were treated by double stimulation only.The curative effects,complications,the changes of serum levels of estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and serum levels of antiovarian antibodies(AOAb),anticardiolipin antibody(ACA),thyroglobulin antibody(TG-Ab),anti white endometrial antibody(EmAb)and antisperm antibody(ASA)were observed and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in study group was 90.14%,which was significantly higher than(68.18%)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of FSH,LH and E2 in study group were significantly improved,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover the improvement degree in study group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rates of AOAb,ACA,TG-Ab,EmAb and ASA were decreased in both groups,moreover the decrease degree in study group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the incidence rate of adverse reactions in study group was 5.68%,which was significantly lower than that(12.50%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rhGH combined with double stimulation has obvious curative effects on hypofunction of ovary,which can effectively reduce complications,improve serum hormone levels and related immunological indexes,with good clinical application value,therefor,which is worth further popularization and application.
