生长激素在体外受精周期中的应用初探 被引量：3

摘要 目的 :探讨生长激素在体外受精中的作用。方法 :选择初次行IVF ET的病例共 80例 ,随机分为观察组和对照组 ,各 40例。常规长方案降调节 ,于月经第 3天观察组予重组人促卵泡激素 +重组人生长激素进行超排卵 ,对照组予重组人促卵泡激素进行超排卵。结果 :两组卵泡数、取卵数和妊娠率无显著性差异 ,但观察组促性腺激素用量及用药天数明显减少 ,且MⅡ期卵、受精率及优质胚胎数明显增加。结论 :生长激素应用于促排卵治疗可减少促性腺激素用量 。
