摘要
目的研究分析老年高血压合并心肌缺血患者接受联合用药治疗的临床效果。方法根据2013年2月—2015年2月我院的80例高血压合并心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组均有40例。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,观察组患者接受联合用药治疗,对两组的症状改善情况进行比较分析。结果观察组中,25例显效,14例有效,1例无效,治疗有效率为97.5%。对照组中,16例显效,10例有效,14例无效,治疗有效率为65.0%;两组患者的治疗有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的收缩压下降值(13.1±8.5)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压下降值(25.6±4.3)mmHg和心率下降值(16.98±9.6)次/min,均高于对照组,组间结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压合并心肌缺血患者接受联合用药治疗能够降低血压,改善心肌缺血症状。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with myocardial ischemia.Methods According to 80 cases of hypertension combined with myocardial ischemia in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015,the subjects were studied.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medication,the patients in the observation group were treated with combined medication.The improvement of the symptoms of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group,25 cases were effective,14 cases were effective,1 case were ineffective,the effective rate of treatment was 97.5%.In the control group,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,14 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 65.0%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure decreased in the observation group(13.1±8.5)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),the diastolic blood pressure decreased(25.6±4.3)mmHg and the heart rate decrease(16.98±9.6)times/min,which were all higher than those in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with myocardial ischemia can reduce blood pressure and improve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia.
