老年高血压患者免疫功能与肠道菌群变化的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨老年高血压患者免疫功能与肠道菌群变化的关系。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年10月浙江树人大学树兰国际医学院附属树兰杭州医院收治的老年高血压患者80例为研究对象(观察组),以同期老年健康体检者80例为对照组,观察两组免疫功能、肠道菌群[双歧杆菌、大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和大肠杆菌比值(B/E)]水平变化情况,并采用Pearson相关分析免疫功能与肠道菌群水平变化的相关性。结果:观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平和B/E值均低于对照组,而大肠杆菌水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,而CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);经Pearson相关分析,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)与双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌均呈正相关(P<0.05),而与大肠杆菌呈负相关(P<0.05);CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)与双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌均呈负相关(P<0.05),而与大肠杆菌呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平和B/E值均低于健康人群,而大肠杆菌水平和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于健康人群,且CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平和肠道菌群变化之间有一定关系。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between immune function and intestinal microflora in elderly patients with hypertension.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Shulan Hangzhou Hospital,Shulan International Medical College,Zhejiang Shuren University from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects(the observation group),80 elderly healthy physical examination patients in the same period were selected as the control group,the changes of immune function and intestinal flora[Bifidobacteria,Escherichia coli,Lactobacillus,ratio of Bifidobacteria and Escherichia coli(B/E)]in two groups were observed,and the correlation between immune function and intestinal flora was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Result:The levels of Bifidobacteria,Lactobacillus and B/E in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of Escherichia coli was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).According to Pearson correlation analysis,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)were positively correlated with Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with Escherichia coli(P<0.05).CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)was negatively correlated with Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus(P<0.05),but positively correlated with Escherichia coli(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of Bifidobacteria,Lactobacillus,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and B/E in elderly patients with hypertension are significantly lower than those in healthy people,while the levels of Escherichia coli and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)are higher than those in healthy people,and there are certain relationship between the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and the changes of intestinal flora.
