高血压治疗联合用药在《2014年美国成人高血压管理指南》中的地位 被引量：7

摘要 《2014年美国成人高血压管理指南》（即“美国预防、检测、评估和治疗高血压委员会（JNC）第8次报告,简称“JNc8”）与其前一版（JNC7）相比,JNC7由专家委员会进行非系统性文献回顾,包括一系列研究设计,其推荐意见基于共识;而JNC8由专家小组在方法学团队的支持下,确定要解决的关键问题和文献回顾标准,其推荐意见均来自于临床随机对照试验（RCT）,所有证据级别和推荐均根据它们对于人体健康的影响程度进行了评分,故JNC8的证据级别更高,从而使得临床医师更重视证据,而不仅仅依据专家的意见.JNC8还提供了大量表格及简明的推荐,使医师在临床工作中可以更方便、快捷地参考使用.
