摘要
立足整体性治理的视角,从管理学学科的理论层面探索高等职业院校理事会治理的基本逻辑,以整体性治理理论框架的建立促进高职院校理事会治理模式的优化与创新探寻,并为职业院校现代治理模式的建构绘制理论蓝图。以整体性治理的视角对职业院校治理模式进行探讨,带动我国职业院校积极更新治理理念、调整治理结构、变革治理方式,并使研究成果服务于院校体制改革,为职业院校内涵化发展提供有效保障。
Based on the holistic governance,this paper explores the basic logic of governing by the council of higher vocational colleges from the theoretical level of management science,uses the establishment of the framework of holistic governance theory to promote the optimization and innovation of the governing model of the council of higher vocational colleges and also draws a theoretical blueprint for the construction of the modern governance model of vocational colleges and universities.From the perspective of holistic governance to probe into the governance model of vocational colleges,it can lead the vocational colleges and universities in our country to actively renew the concept of governance,adjust the governance structure and change the way of governance,and make the research results serve the institutional reform of colleges and universities and provide an effective guarantee for the development of vocational colleges.
