摘要
随着经济社会的发展,高校人才培养目标应该从简单的以就业为导向向着提升学生的创新创业能力方面转变。从立足适应社会发展角度分析了高职院校学生创新创业能力培养提升的迫切性,客观分析了当前高职院校对学生创新创业能力培养不足问题,从调整教学设置,创造支持条件,平衡机制创新和加强校企合作等方面提出了解决问题思路,对全方位提升高职学生创新创业能力进行了深入探索。
With the development of economy and society,the goal of talent training in colleges and universities should be changed from simple employment orientation to improving students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Based on the adaptability to social development it analyzes the urgency of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship ability training of higher vocational students.It analyzes objectively the lack of innovation ability training in higher vocational education,puts forward ideas to solve the problem from adjusting teaching,creating support conditions,innovating balance mechanism and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and explores the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students.
