摘要
对碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料的传统成型工艺以及新型快速成型工艺的技术过程与特点进行了归纳分析,综述了国内外关于这些成型工艺的研究进展和应用,其中重点介绍了传统成型工艺的热压罐成型、拉挤成型和缠绕成型等以及新型快速成型工艺中的自动纤维铺放成型、超声波快速固结成型、激光固结成型、电子束固结成型、真空辅助成型和3D打印成型,最后指出了目前我国碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料成型工艺研究存在的问题并总结了成型工艺的发展方向。
The technology process and characteristics of the traditional molding process and new rapid molding process of the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites were summarized and analyzed.The domestic and foreign research development and application of these molding process were summarized.The traditional technology including autoclave forming,pultrusion and filament winding process,and the new rapid molding technology including automatic fiber placement,ultrasonic consolidation,laser consolidation,electron beam curing,vacuum assisted molding and 3D printing were mainly introduced.Finally,the problems and development directions of the molding technology research of the current domestic carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites were pointed out and summarized.
