摘要
成功制备了聚乳酸/聚乙二醇(PLA/PEG)复合材料的线材及3D打印样条,研究了该复合材料的力学性能和热性能,并探讨了其在生物医用方面的应用前景。结果表明:PEG的添加改善了PLA线材和3D打印样条的力学性能,降低了PLA的玻璃化转变温度和冷结晶温度;同时,SEM表征显示,生物医用的3D打印实体具有较高的打印精度。PLA/PEG复合材料3D打印的成功能够进一步推动其在生物医学领域的应用。
The polylactic acid/polyethylene glycol (PLA/PEG) composite filaments and its 3D-printed samples were successfully prepared, then the mechanics performance, thermal performance and biomedical application of the PLA/PEG composites were investigated. The results show that the addition of PEG improves the mechanical properties of PLA material, but reduces the glass transition temperature and cold crystallization temperature. Furthermore, the SEM shows that the 3D-printed biomedical objects possess high printing precision. The successful preparation of PLA/PEG composites for 3D printing can further explore its application in medicine and biology fields.
