摘要
采用错层铺设玻纤织物的方法,研究了Arkema公司一款风电叶片用热塑性树脂在不同玻纤织物层数下的真空辅助灌注工艺。研究结果表明:反应型热塑性树脂对不同层数的玻纤织物均有良好的灌注效果;不同的玻纤织物工艺灌注方法不一致;试验件常温固化,反应呈现慢引发、快增长和速终止的特点;反应型热塑性树脂有望应用于风电叶片的设计和制造。
The vacuum-assisted infusion molding of a thermoplastic resin from Arkema for wind turbine blades reinforced with different layers of glass fabrics was studied by staggered lay-up of fabrics.The results showed that the reactive thermoplastic resin had good infusion effect on different layers of glass fabrics.The infusion methods for different glass fabrics were not the same.The test pieces were cured at room temperature,and the reaction had the characteristics of slow initiation,fast progress and quick termination.Reactive thermoplastic resin is expected to be used in the design and manufacture of wind turbine blades.
