摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟和案例分析应用于护士培训中的意义。方法:选取护理人员27名为传统组,实施传统培训模式。再选取护理人员27名为结合组,实施情景模拟结合案例分析的培训方式。结果:结合组理论知识和操作技能的考核成绩及对培训方式的认可度均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:应用情景模拟结合案例分析的方式对护理人员进行培训,可提高护理人员的综合能力,且护理人员对培训方式的认可度较高。
Objective:To explore the significance of situational simulation and case analysis in nurse training.Methods:27 nurses were selected as the traditional group,and the traditional training mode was implemented.Then 27 nurses were selected as the combination group,and scenario simulation combined with case analysis training method was applied.Results:The results of the combination of the theoretical knowledge and the operational skills of the group and the recognition of the training methods were improved obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of scenario simulation combined with case analysis can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,and the nurses'recognition of training mode is higher.
