摘要
目的:探讨应用三阶梯止痛疗法和护理干预对癌痛患者疼痛和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年期间于本院肿瘤科治疗的癌痛患者388例,分为对照组190例和观察组198例。对照组接受常规的疼痛治疗和护理,观察组接受三阶梯止痛治疗方法和护理干预,观察两组患者治疗及护理后的临床疗效。结果:使用三阶梯止痛治疗和护理干预后,观察组患者疼痛VAS评分(4.78±0.84)分显著低于对照组(5.32±0.76)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗与护理后,观察组患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体健康均明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组患者恶心呕吐、疼痛、失眠及食欲丧失等临床症状得分显著降低,与对照组得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三阶梯止痛疗法和护理干预能明显缓解癌痛患者的癌性疼痛,显著提高癌痛患者的整体生活质量,有利于患者的预后。
Objective:To explore the effect of three-step analgesic therapy and nursing intervention on pain and quality of life in cancer patients with severe pain.Method:A total of 388 cancer patients were randomly divided into control group of 190 cases and observation group of 198 cases.The control group received routine pain treatment and nursing.The observation group received three-step analgesic treatment and nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment and nursing were compared.Result:The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(4.78±0.84)vs(5.32±0.76)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),including the physical function,the role function,the emotional function,the social function and the overall health.The scores of clinical symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,pain,insomnia and loss of appetite were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-step analgesic therapy and nursing intervention can relieve cancer pain in cancer patients,and improve the overall quality of life of patients with severe cancer pain,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
