摘要
目的观察中药止痛散穴位贴敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组中度疼痛患者应用布洛芬片、盐酸羟考酮缓释片;重度疼痛患者采用布洛芬片、硫酸吗啡缓释片。观察组在对照组的基础上加用止痛散穴位贴敷治疗。疗程均为10 d。观察2组患者治疗后VAS评分、爆发痛发作次数及不良反应发生情况。结果经治疗后观察组的疼痛缓解总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗过程中疼痛评分均呈逐渐下降趋势,观察组在治疗的第5天及以后的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗期间的不良反应及爆发痛比较,观察组均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药止痛散穴位贴敷联合三阶梯止痛法能进一步提高治疗癌性疼痛的疗效,减少不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of analgesia powder acupoint application combined with three-step analgesic therapy on cancerous pain. Methods A total of 100 patients with cancerous pain were randomly divided into control group（ n = 50） and observation group（ n = 50）. The patients with moderate cancerous pain in control group were treated by ibuprofen tablets combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets,however,the patients with severe cancerous pain in control guoup were treated by ibuprofen tablets combined with morphine sulfate sustained release tabelets.Moreover the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by analgesia powder acupoint application,with a treatment course of 10 days for both groups. After treatment the VAS score,the attack frequency of outbreak pain and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results After treatment the total effective rate of pain remission in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of pain were decreased gradually during treatment in both groups,however,the pain scores at 5 days and the posterior days after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. In addition the incidence of adverse reactions and the attack frequency of outbreak pain in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The analgesia powder acupoint application combined with three-step analgesic therapy can further improve the curative effects on cancerous pain,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the life quality of patients.
