摘要
介绍了回路反应器的技术特点和工业应用优势。介绍了回路反应器在氧化反应、加氢反应、磺化反应等传统化工领域,生物化工领域和环境保护领域的工业应用状况。分析与总结了国内外回路反应器理论研究、实验研究、模拟与结构改进等研发工作。结合近年来实际工作,总结了回路反应器亟待解决的问题,展望了回路反应器重点研究方向。
The technical characteristics and industrial application advantages of jet loop reactor are introduced.The industrial applications of jet loop reactor in the field of traditional chemistry,such as oxidation reaction,hydrogenation reaction,sulfonation reaction,bio chemical industry and environmental protection are introduced.The research and development of the theoretical research,experimental research,simulation and structure improvement of jet loop reactor at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized.Combined with the work done by the author in recent years,the problems that need to be solved in jet loop reactor are summarized,and the key research direction of jet loop reactor is prospected
