摘要
采用环流反应器对苯酚生产废水进行处理,对活性污泥的驯化、空塔气速和温度对 COD降解的影响规律等进行了实验研究,考察了反应器内构件对废水处理效率的影响。空塔气速的适宜范围为 0.283~0.424 cm/s,废水处理适宜温度为294~301 K。实验结果证明在环流反应器中苯酚生产废水处理过程符合一级反应动力学规律,并获得了表观反应动力学常数。
The air-lift loop reactor was used to biologically treat the industrial wastewater from the phenol production. The
effects of the superficial gas flow rate and temperature on the treatment efficiency were studied. The treatment process followed
the first order kinetics and the rate coefficient was obtained. The results indicated that the suitable gas flow rate and temperature
should be in the range of 0.283-0.424cm/s and 294-301K, respectively. The experimental results showed that the air-lift
loop reactor possessed significant advantage over the bubble reactor in terms of the degradation rate of the organic materials and
the treatment efficiency.
