摘要
在分析了液液混合机理的基础上,对几类常用的液液快速混合设备及其混合过程机理方面的研究进行了全面的综述。在结合大量专利所涉及的工业混合设备分析的基础上,总结了射流喷射混合器、撞击流混合器、静态混合器、动态混合器等4类液液快速混合设备的混合机理及各类混合设备的优缺点,并展望了工业液液快速混合设备的研究前景。
Several industrial designs of liquid - liquid fast mixing equipment and the study of their mixing mechanism are reviewed. Four types of liquid-liquid mixers reported in the patents are analyzed and discussed on their specific features, including jet mixer, impinging streams mixer,static mixer and dynamic mixer. The trends of research on liquid - liquid fast mixing equipment are also pointed out. 68 references are cited.
