摘要
互联网技术为保险人才接受人本主义教育创造条件,帮助保险人才建构性学习,提高保险人才的元认知能力。然而,我国当前的保险专业人才培养模式没有充分融入"互联网+"的技术要素,很难使保险专业人才产生情感认知和引起心因动作,应当转变保险专业教师的角色定位,由课堂教学的讲授者转变为"互联网+"保险教育资源的创造者和传播者,围绕互联网保险活动变革保险专业教学内容,以增强保险专业人才网络生态适应能力为核心组织保险专业教学活动。
Internet technology can create conditions for insurance talents to receive humanistic education,help them to start constructive learning and enhance their metacognitive ability.However,present reformation of the training of insurance talents in our colleges still haven't been fully compatible with the"internet plus"technical resources,holding back insurance talents to have emotional cognition and cause their psychomotor.We should change the role of insurance professional teachers from the lecturer in classroom instruction to the creator and disseminator of Internet plus insurance education resources,reform teaching contents of insurance specialty revolving round internet insurance activities and organize teaching activities of insurance specialty focusing on enhancing the insurancetalents'ability to adapt to the network ecology.
