摘要
目的研究与分析护理干预措施应用于结核性脑膜炎患儿的效果。方法选取我院2012年7月至2016年7月收治的结核性脑膜炎患儿200例为研究对象,利用计算机将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取临床护理干预。观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果及家属护理满意度。结果观察组的护理总有效率为98.0%(98/100),高于对照组的81.0%(81/100),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度为99.0%(99/100),显著高于对照组的82.0%(82/100),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿结核性脑膜炎患儿应用护理干预措施的效果非常显著,能显著改善各种临床症状,提高患儿家属的护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of nursing intervention measures in children with tuberculous meningitis.Methods A total of 200 children with tuberculous meningitis treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2016 were selected as the study objects.The children were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer,with 100 cases in each group.The control group accepted routine nursing,the observation group received clinical nursing intervention.The treatment effects and nursing satisfacation of parents in the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing effective rate in the observation group was 98.0%(98/100),which was significantly higher than 81.0%(81/100)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 99.0%(99/100),which was significantly higher than 82.0%(82/100)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures in children with tuberculous meningitis has significant effect,it can significantly improve various clinical symptoms and the nursing satisfacation of parents,which is worthy of clinical application.
