摘要
通过问卷调查与数据统计软件对大学生心理资本的状况及影响因素进行研究与探讨,研究认为大学生心理资本在独生与否、年级、专业等方面有显著差异,同时各个维度对大学生心理资本有着不同程度的影响。最后总结了大学生心理资本的一般状况,提出相应的提升措施,为拓宽相关领域的研究提供参考。
Through questionnaire survey and data statistics software,the status and influencing factors of psycho原logical capital of undergraduates are studied and discussed.The research shows that the psychological capital of under原graduates is significantly different in only-childhood,grade,and professional.At the same time,each dimension has psychological capital for undergraduates.Have different degrees of influence.Finally,it summarizes the general situa原tion of college students’psychological capital and proposes corresponding improvement measures to provide reference for broadening research in related fields.
