摘要
创业意向的研究具有重要的现实意义,相关研究主要从个体因素和环境因素两个方面来分析创业意向的影响因素。本研究基于计划行为理论,以内部控制源为解释变量,构建了创业意向影响因素的实证模型。基于江苏某高校在校生问卷调查的数据,借助Mplus软件的数据分析结果显示:内部控制倾向对创业意向具有显著正向影响;内部控制源对创业态度、主观规范感知和自我效能感具有促进作用;创业态度、主观规范感知、自我效能感能够对提高创业意向产生积极影响,并在内部控制源与创业意向的关系中发挥中介作用;创业态度的中介作用显著大于主观规范感知和自我效能感的中介作用。
The research on entrepreneurial intention has important practical significance,and the relevant research mainly analyzes the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention from the two aspects of individual factors and environmental factors.Based on the theory of planned behavior and taking an internal locus of control as the independent variable,this study constructs an empirical model of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention.Based on the data of our questionnaire survey of college students in Jiangsu province,the data analysis results with the help of Mplus software show that if people have internal control tendency,their entrepreneurial intention will be stronger;internal locus of control has a promoting effect on entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norm perception and self-efficacy;entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norm perception and self-efficacy can positively influence people’s entrepreneurial intention and play an intermediary role in the relationship between internal locus of control and entrepreneurial intention at the same time;the mediating effect of entrepreneurial attitude is significantly greater than that of subjective norm perception and self-efficacy.
