摘要
目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者经鼻雾化给予短期布地奈德混悬液治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月于我院就诊的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者300例,按照盲选法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组给予甲泼尼龙口服,观察组给予短期布地奈德混悬液经鼻雾化吸入。比较治疗后两组患者的VAS、内镜Kennedy评分和晨起血清糖皮质激素浓度。结果治疗后,两组患者的Kennedy及VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清糖皮质浓度均降低(P<0.05),但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床疗效显著,缩小了息肉体积,无其他不良影响,临床使用安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of short-term budesonide suspension for nasal sinusitis in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of300patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from January2015to December2016were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the method of blind selection,with150cases in each group.The control group was given methylprednisolone orally,while the observation group was given short-term budesonide nasal inhalation.The VAS scores were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the endoscopic Kennedy scores and morning serum glucocorticoid were also measured.Results After treatment,the Kennedy and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the serum glucocorticoid concentrations decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal atomizing inhalation of budesonide suspension in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps is significant.It can reduce the volume of polyps,and has fewer adverse effects,with high safety.
