摘要
鼻渊首见于《内经》,以鼻流浊涕、量多不止为主要临床特征,可伴头痛、鼻塞、嗅觉减退等症状。现代社会随着环境的变化,生活习惯的改变,鼻渊的发病率日益增高,如治疗不及时,可能导致嗅觉减退、视力下降等并发症,给患者的日常生活带来诸多不便。在病因上,鼻渊由外感风寒湿邪,兼内有蕴热所致,以九味羌活汤加减治疗,疗效显著。
Biyuan first appeared in"Nei Jing",nasal flow of turbid tears,the amount is more than the main clinical features,may be associated with headache,nasal congestion,diminished sense of smell and other symptoms.As the environment changes,lifestyle changes,the incidence of Biyuan increasingly higher,if not treated in time,it can lead to impaired sense of smell,vision loss and other complications to the patient’s daily life inconvenience.The nose is caused by exogenous wind,cold and dampness,as well as internal heat,and the Jiuwei Qianghuo Decoction is effective in adding and subtracting treatment.
