摘要
目的:探讨影响消化性溃疡(PU)患者生活质量的因素。方法:通过SF-36量表,对120例PU患者生活质量开展测评。以性别、年龄、婚姻、民族、劳动性质、经济状况、治疗方法、受教育程度、溃疡部位为自变量,以生理职能(RP)、生理功能(PF)、生命力(v T)、躯体疼痛(BP)、情感职能(RE)、一般健康状况(GH)、社会功能(SF)、精神健康(MH)等8个领域得分及心理综合总分(MCS)、与躯体综合总分(PCS)两个综合总分为因变量,采用逐步线性回归进行多因素分析,探讨影响PU患者生活质量的因素。结果:除民族、劳动性质、溃疡部位外,其他因素均对某些领域得分影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经济状况对GH、MCS、SF得分影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。文化程度对PF、MCS、VT影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者的经济状况以及文化程度可以显著影响PU患者的生活质量,这对于提高Pu患者生活质量具有积极意义。
Objective To study the influence of peptic ulcer(PU)patients quality of life.Method By the SF-36scale,120cases of PU patients quality of life to carry out the assessment.By gender,age,marriage,ethnic,work nature,economic conditions,treatment method,level of education,ulcer area as independent variables,with physiological function(RP),physiological function(PF)and vitality(vT),body pain(BP),emotional functions(RE),general health(GH),social function(SF),mental health(MH),and other areas of the eight points and psychological integrated total score(MCS),and body comprehensive score(PCS)two comprehensive score as the dependent variable,using stepwise linear regression analysis of multiple factors,discusses the influencing factors of PU patients quality of life.Results Except the people,nature,ulcer site,other factors had impact on some areas score was statistically significant(P<0.05).Economic conditions influence on GH,MCS,SF,scoring statistically significant(P<0.05).Degree of cultural influence PF,MCS,VT statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with Pu is significantly influenced by the degree of the economy,and culture can the patient′s quality of life,the quality of life has a positive significance for the improvement of the Pu patients.
