摘要
目的:研究四联与三联疗法在胃溃疡治疗中的疗效比较。方法:选择本院收治的GU患者88例,随机分为两组,每组44例。对照组给予三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用胶体果胶铋干混悬剂治疗。对比分析两组患者Hp根除率、溃疡愈合率及不良反应情况。结果:观察组Hp根除率(90.91%)明显高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组溃疡愈合率(88.64%)明显高于对照组(68.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胶体果胶铋与泮托拉唑联合Hp根除方案治疗GU效果显著,可有效根除Hp,提高溃疡愈合率,且安全性较高。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of quadruple and triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:88 GU patients admitted in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given triple therapy,and the observation group was treated with colloidal pectin bismuth dry suspension on the basis of the control group.The H.pylori eradication rate,ulcer healing rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The H.pylori eradication rate in the observation group(90.91%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer healing rate in the observation group(88.64%)was significantly higher than the control group(68.18%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Colloidal pectin bismuth combined with pantoprazole combined with Hp eradication regimen is effective in treating GU.It can effectively eradicate Hp,improve the healing rate of ulcers,and has high safety.
