摘要
食品添加剂是一门理论性与实践性联系非常紧密的课程。将项目教学法应用于食品添加剂课程教学中,探讨对课程教学设计、教学内容等方面的改革措施,以期为项目教学法在高等教育教学中进一步应用提供参考。
Food additives is a course that combines theoretical property with practical property very closely.This article begins by discussing the application of project teaching method in the food additives course,and discusses the reform measures for the aspects such as teaching design and teaching content,in order to provide a reference for further application of project teaching method in higher education.
