摘要
铰缝注胶加固的主要目的是通过胶水恢复铰缝内混凝土与板梁铰缝之间的黏结,进而有效恢复桥梁结构的整体性,达到共同抗剪。然而目前铰缝加固用环氧树脂胶水性能参差不齐,特别是灌注胶与混凝土的抗剪强度尚不明确。环氧类材料与传统的水泥基快速铰缝修复料的抗剪强度优势如何也缺乏数据比较。为解决上述问题,选用水泥基高强纤维修复料和几种环氧类修复胶剂,通过铰缝试件试验室直剪试验的方法,证实环氧类材料相比于传统水泥基材料,有效提高铰缝抗剪性能,并且为下一步工艺梁和现场实桥试验奠定基础。
The gel injection for hinge joints is an effective reinforcementmethod to restore the connection between the concrete and the plate girder inthe joint to strengthen the integrality and shear strength of the whole bridge. However, the properties of the epoxy glue commonly used for the gel injectionare difficult to be unified, especially without the specific values of shearstrength of the corresponding glue and concrete. Moreover,the detailedcomparisons between the shearstrengths of the epoxy and conventionalcementbased repair materials for hinge joints haven’t been investigatedquantitatively. To address these problems, this paper conducts the laboratorialdirect shear tests on the hinge joint specimens reinforced with thehigh-strength cement-based fiber repair materials and several types of epoxyglue. The experimental results indicate that the epoxy glue can improve theshear strength of hinge joints more evidently than the conventionalcement-based materials, laying the foundation for the future researchconcerning the field tests of girders and bridges.
