环氧树脂胶黏剂在桥梁加固修补工程中的应用

摘要 修建时间较久的桥梁在不断的冲击振动、雨水冲刷腐蚀作用下,钢筋混凝土结构会出现不同程度的损伤现象。以环氧树脂为基料,添加促进剂、固化剂、稀释剂、填料,制备环氧树脂胶黏剂价格低廉、工艺简单。环氧树脂胶黏剂具有良好的功能性和黏接性能,可对建筑物、道路、桥梁等进行层压、浇铸、黏合或密封等,使建其更加牢固。桥梁需要加固的部位不同,所需的环氧树脂胶黏剂不同,需要调整固化剂、填料和助剂的类别与比例,制备性能各异的环氧树脂胶黏剂,满足桥梁加固修补工程的需求。 Under the continuous impact vibration and rainwater erosion,the reinforced concrete structure of long-time bridges will experience varying degrees of damage.We uses epoxy resin as the base material to prepare epoxy resin adhesives,adding accelerators,curing agents,diluents,and fillers,the process of which is quite cheap and simple.With good functionality and bonding performance,epoxy resin adhesives are widely used in the construction and industrial fields,making buildings,roads,bridges,etc.be laminated,cast,bonded or sealed to become more secure.The types and proportions of curing agents,fillers,and additives need to be adjusted to prepare epoxy resin adhesives with different performances to meet the practical needs of bridge reinforcement and repair engineering.
