新型环氧树脂混凝土检查井承载力试验及有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探究新型环氧树脂混凝土检查井构件的极限承载力与实际受力特点,故试验按照实际尺寸制作了检查井构件,通过竖向加载得到检查井的破坏形态与荷载位移曲线。通过ABAQUS建立检查井有限元模型,分析计算筒体在土体作用下的应力分布和极限荷载,并绘制出相应的荷载位移曲线,最终试验验证了有限元模拟方法的可行性。试验数据显示,在新型环氧树脂混凝土检查井竖向加载过程中,上部变径处是最薄弱位置,容易发生斜向破坏;其裂缝开展方向与水平面夹角约为22.5度,最终导致上部变径处混凝土压碎破坏,检查井承载力极限为5071kN。此次试验充分展现了新型环氧树脂混凝土作为检查井材料所具备的优势,并为后续新型环氧树脂混凝土检查井的应用研究提供理论与数据参考。 To explore the ultimate bearing capacity and stress characteristics of the novel epoxy resin concrete inspection well components,inspection well members were fabricated to their actual dimensions.Vertical loading was applied to obtain the failure mode and load displacement curve of the inspection well.Additionally,the finite element model of the inspection well is established by ABAQUS,the stress distribution and ultimate load under the action of soil are analyzed and calculated,and the corresponding load displacement curve is drawn.Finally,the feasibility of the finite element simulation method is verified.The test data show that in the vertical loading process of the new epoxy resin concrete inspection well,the upper variable diameter is the weakest position and is prone to oblique failure;the angle between the crack development direction and the horizontal plane is about 22.5 degrees,which eventually leads to the crushing failure of the concrete at the upper variable diameter,and the ultimate bearing capacity is 5071 kN.This test fully demonstrates the advantages of the new epoxy resin concrete as a inspection well material,and provides theoretical and data reference for the subsequent application research of the new epoxy resin concrete inspection well.
