摘要
本研究运用文献研究法和非标准式访谈法,通过与部分小学的师生访谈,对小学校园欺凌行为的表现及成因进行了分析,并在此基础上从欺凌行为的预防和干预两个角度提出具体的应对措施,以期引发教育同行对小学校园欺凌行为的进一步关注与研究。
This study uses the literature research method and the non-standard interview method to analyze the forms and causes of bullying behavior in primary schools through interviews with teachers and students in some primary schools.Based on this,the authors put forward specific countermeasures from the angles of bullying prevention and intervention,hoping to arouse other educators'further attention and research of school bullying among pupils.
