摘要 稳定而高水平的作者群是提升期刊质量的前提条件和不竭动力。教育类期刊是指与教育活动相关的专业性刊物。培育结构良好的教育类期刊作者群一要向知名教育专家约稿,以扩大期刊的学术影响力;二要维护与重要作者的关系,保证期刊的整体学术水平;三要培养中小学一线教师中有写作潜能的作者,以优化和拓展期刊作者群的结构,反哺一线基础教育。坚持培育优秀的教育期刊作者是教育类期刊发展的供给侧改革,应作为期刊社的常态化工作。 A stable author group with high academic level is a prerequisite and an inexhaustible motive force to improve thequality of journals.Educational journals refer to professional journals which relate to educational activities.To cultivate agroup of educational journals with good structure,this paper presents the following solutions:asking for high level papersto the well-known education experts to expand the academic influence of journals;maintaining relationships with key authorsto ensure the overall academic level;training authors who have the potential of writing in primary and secondaryschools to optimize and expand the structure of authors and feed back the basic education.It also advocates that cultivatingexcellent educational journals is the supply side reform of educational periodicals and it should be regarded as the normalizationof periodical press.
