摘要
探讨住院医师规范化培训的师资培养工作。总结分析了安徽医科大学第一附属医院开展的安徽省住院医师规范化培训师资培训情况:努力构建以"岗位胜任力"为核心的住院医师规范化培训教学新模式,并实行以效果为导向的培训管理。提出实行规范化的住培师资培训,有利于建设一支高水平、高质量且适应住院医师规范化培训事业发展的师资队伍。住培师资队伍建设有待进一步完善和改进。
To discuss the teacher training in the standardization training of residents.We summarized thestandardization training of residents in the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university.We made a lot ofefforts to build"post competency"as the core of teaching mode of resident standardization training and to implementthe effect-oriented training management,and put forward the the standardized teacher training,which are helpful forthe construction of a high level,high quality,and suitable for the development of the teaching staff.The constructionof teaching staff should be further perfect and improved.
