摘要
目的:探讨改良小切口手术治疗腋臭的临床疗效。方法:72例患者进行改良小切口腋窝皮瓣翻转术根治腋臭,其中男23例,女49例,年龄16~41岁,平均年龄22.3岁,所有患者均为中、重度腋臭。术后观察创面愈合及随访3~6个月。结果:72例患者总体有效率100%。58例患者术后7~9d切口Ⅰ级愈合,14例9d后伤口仍有糜烂、渗液,经换药后愈合良好。术后3~6个月随访,均无明显瘢痕,肩部活动正常。结论:改良小切口皮瓣翻转法治疗腋臭疗效确切,并发症少,为治愈腋臭提供了更好选择。
Objective To investigate the clinical effecacy of improved small incision surgery for bromhidrosis.Methods72patients including23males and39females who suffered from moderate to serious bromhidrosis were treated with improvedsmall incision radical surgery.The patients were followed up for3-6months.The therapeutic effect and complication wereanalyzed.Results The total effective rate of72patients was100%.The wounds of58patients were primary healed up withno necrosis and no infection.Wound infection were14cases and healed well gradually by dressing changing.None of them hasobvious epidermal necrosis and limitation of activity in upper limb.Conclusion Improved small incision surgery was provedbetter clinical effect with less post-operative complications which provides a better choice of radical cure for bromhidrosis.
