摘要
目的对小切口皮下搔刮术治疗腋臭的效果进行评价。方法对139例患者进行回顾性分析总结。结果单次手术97.12%的患者疗效满意;全部患者未出现明显瘢痕。结论小切口皮下搔刮术治疗腋臭损伤小,根治率高,术后并发症少,瘢痕隐蔽。是治疗腋臭安全、可靠、符合美学要求的方法 。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sbcutaneous curettage treatment on axillary osmidrosis by a small incision. Methods 139 patients were detected prospectively. Results Solo operation comes out with a satisfactory effect in 97. 12% patients. No obvious scar happens. Conclusion The sbcutaneous curettage treatment of axilla ry osmidrosis has the advantages of less complications,tiny scar and low recurrence rate. h is a perfect surgery to cure the disease.
