摘要
目的:探讨小切口皮下汗腺清除术对腋臭治疗的可行性。方法:对我科门诊2001年1月～2005年10月,用小切口皮下汗腺清除方法治疗的2350例患者,进行回顾性分析总结。结果:手术后6月～5年间,2350例患者,满意率97.1%。术后瘢痕不明显,并发症较少。结论:小切口皮下汗腺清除术损伤小,手术恢复较快,疗效彻底,术后并发症少。是治疗腋臭安全、可靠、符合美学要求的方法。
Objective To study a simplified method to cure the axillary osmidrosis by a small incision subdermal excision of apocrine gland. Methods A prospective study to 2350 patients, which had been treated by excision of the subcutaneous glands via a small transverse incision From January 2001 to October 2005. Results We have been followed up for a minimum of 6months, 2350 patients （97.1%） were very satisfied with the procedure. And the postoperative complications were minor.Conclusion The operation h.as the advantage of a high success rate in radical elimination of the malodour with minor complications. It fs a perfect surgery method to cure the axillary bromhidrosis.
