摘要
本文介绍了一种新型数控钻攻加工中心旋转式刀盘自动换刀齿盘定位机构。定位机构利用动齿盘和定齿盘的啮合进行换刀定位,保证了定位精度,齿盘还能够起到周向限位的作用,防止工作过程中刀盘发生偏转;通过转动驱动单元和伸缩驱动单元,实现了换刀过程中动齿盘的旋转和伸缩运动;通过动密封装置避免了铁屑等杂物进入机箱内部造成磨损;利用传感器,配合数控系统实现对换刀定位的精准控制。实际应用表明,所设计齿盘定位机构结构紧凑,换刀定位稳定准确,可广泛应用于各种小型数控钻攻加工中心旋转式刀盘的换刀定位。
A new fluted disc positioning mechanism for rotating tool pan of automatic tool changer in CNC drilling center is designed,which locates tools by means of meshing between a movable and a fixed fluted disc and makes tool changing smoothly and accurately.Rotary and rectilinear motions of the movable fluted disc are obtained with rotary driving unit and rectilinear driving unit.Dynamic sealing structure is designed to avoid scraps such as iron chippings into the fluted disc positioning mechanism.The tool changing is controlled accurately with the combination of sensors and CNC system.Practical application shows that the fluted disc positioning mechanism has compact structure,smooth and accurate operation,and can be widely used for rotating tool pan of automatic tool changer in various small CNC drilling centers.
