摘要
数控加工技术是当代零件设计与加工的主要加工工艺。相较于传统式设计方案加工技术,数控机床加工生产技术不仅可以提升零件的加工品质,还能减少加工偏差,进而提升加工精度。在运用数控加工技术开展零件加工的过程当中,工装夹具结构和黏附技术性对加工精度和品质具有重要的影响,应受到关注。鉴于此,讲述了零件数控机床加工时工装夹具设计对加工精度产生的影响,并给出改善加工工艺技术对策,仅供参考。
CNC machining technology is the main processing technology of contemporary parts design and processing.Compared with the traditional design programme processing technology,CNC machine tool processing production technology can not only improve the processing quality of parts,but also reduce the processing deviation,and thus improve the processing accuracy.In the use of CNC machining technology to carry out the process of parts processing,jigs and fixtures knot berry and adhesion technology has an important impact on the processing accuracy and quality,should be concerned.In view of this,the content of the article describes the parts CNC machine tool machining fixture design on the impact of machining accuracy,and gives the improvement of machining process technology countermeasures,for reference only.
