摘要
数控加工技术是现代零件设计、加工过程中所运用的重要技术手段,相对于传统的设计、加工技术,数控加工制造技术可以提升加工零件的质量,降低其加工误差,提升精度并且更易于控制其加工过程。其夹具的设计工艺、设计方法同样对加工零件的精度、质量造成较大的影响。通过对具体零件的加工过程分析,以及其加工工艺的改进措施分析,论证了数控加工中夹具设计对零件加工精度的影响。
Numerical control machining technology is an important technical means used in modern part design and machining. Compared with the traditional design and machining technology, the numerical control manufacturing technology can improve the quality of the machined parts, reduce the machining error, improve the precision and more easily control the machining process. The design process and design method of the fixture also have a great influence on the precision and quality of the machined parts. Through the analysis of the machining process of specific parts and the improvement measures of the machining process, the influence of fixture design on the machining accuracy of parts is demonstrated.
