摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径对老年高血压患者控压效果的影响。方法:收治高血压患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用一般护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用临床护理路径,比较两组的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组舒张压和收缩压均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过实施临床护理路径,能有效改善患者舒张压和收缩压水平,对患者治疗效果具有重要作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the control of hypertension in elderly patients withhypertension.Methods:60 cases of hypertensive patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and theobservation group.The control group was given common nursing.The observation group was given clinical nursing pathway on thebasis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect between groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic pressure and systolicpressure of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of clinicalnursing path can effectively improve the patient diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure level,and it had an importantrole in the treatment of patients.
