摘要
目的探究老年高血压患者在护理中应用临床护理路径的价值。方法选取内科老年高血压患者100例作为该文研究对象,时间为2015年1月—2016年5月,按照其就诊时间差异分组,对照组50例接受基础护理干预,实验组50例接受临床护理路径干预,对比2组老年高血压患者干预结果的差异性。结果实验组高血压患者健康知识掌握率(血压自测:92.00%、坚持运动:90.00%、合理膳食:88.00%、合理用药:96.00%、定义及病因90.00%)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组老年高血压患者干预的血压水平[收缩压(125.56±12.20)mm Hg,舒张压(86.12±7.50)mm Hg]以及护理满意度(91.20±5.33)分均明显优于对照组,同时实验组老年患者住院时间(11.20±1.60)d明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者在护理中应用临床护理路径,可以促进其预后的改善,降低其血压水平,意义重大。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application and nursing value of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 100 cases of senile hypertension patients in this section were selected as the research objects from January 30th,2015 to May 20th,2016,according to the time difference between groups,the control group of 50 cases accepted basic nursing intervention,the experimental group of 50 cases of clinical nursing path intervention,the differences of intervention results between two groups in elderly patients with hypertension were compared.Results Health knowledge rate of hypertension patients in experimental group was(blood pressure self-test:92.00%,exercise persistance:90.00%,the reasonable meals:88.00%,rational drug use:96.00%,definitions and cause:96.00%),significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05);blood pressure levels in elderly patients with hypertension intervention in the experimental group[systolic blood pressure was(125.56±12.20)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure was(86.12±7.50)mmHg]and nursing satisfaction was(91.20±5.33)points,significantly better than the control group,at the same time the experimental group of elderly patients with length of hospital stay was(11.20±1.60)days,significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing of elderly patients with hypertension in nursing path can contribute to outcomes,reduce the level of blood pressure,which is of great significance.
