摘要
目的对临床护理路径在社区老年高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果进行分析。方法参照某所医院2013年进行的一次病患教育实验数据。结果健康教育结束后,应用临床护理路径进行健康教育的高血压患者相比接受一般教育方法的患者,对健康知识的掌握程度高,生活质量健康,对护理的满意度高。结论临床护理路径对高血压患者的健康教育效果良好。
Objective To analyze the effects of clinical nursing path be applied into the elderly hypertension patients in community. Methods Referring to the experimental data of hypertension patients in a hospital in 2013. Results After the health education,application of CNP for health education of patients with hypertension compared patients undergoing general education,the degree of health knowledge, life quality of nursing satisfaction were higher. Conclusion CNP of health education in patients with hypertension is more effective than general education.
