摘要
目的探讨根管术后纤维桩修复在牙体缺损修复中的护理方法。方法选取本院收治的152例牙体缺损患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。所有患者采用根管术后纤维桩修复,对照组实施常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上采用全面护理。比较两组护理满意度,咀嚼功能恢复时间,干预前后患者焦虑情绪、生活质量水平,继发牙周炎等并发症发生率。结果观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组咀嚼功能恢复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组焦虑情绪、生活质量水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组继发牙周炎等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根管术后纤维桩修复在牙体缺损修复中全面护理可减轻患者焦虑情绪,改善患者生活质量,减少并发症发生,缩短咀嚼功能恢复时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods of the post-root canal repair of dental post in the repair of dental defects. Methods A total of 152 patients with dental defects were selected and randomly divided into groups.All patients underwent postoperative root canal post-operative repair.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups was compared.The recovery time of chewing function,anxiety and quality of life before and after intervention were compared.The incidence of complications such as secondary periodontitis was also compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the recovery time of masticatory function of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the anxiety and quality of life of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of secondary periodontitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of post-root canal post-operative repair of dental post can reduce anxiety,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the recovery time of chewing function,and improve satisfaction.
