摘要 随着纤维加强树脂研究的进展,纤维桩在临床上得到了广泛地应用。与传统的金属桩相比,纤维桩的强度、硬度、美学性能、抗腐蚀、抗疲劳性能以及生物相容性均比较优越。而且,纤维桩可以通过树脂类粘接剂与根管牙本质之间达到很高的粘接强度,这可以延长修复体的使用寿命,并能减少根折的发生,有利于牙齿的保存和失败后的再修复。拟从纤维桩的种类、性能及粘结等方面做一综述。 With the research of fiber-reinforced resin composite, fiber post gets more and more widely applied. Fiber post is superior to conventional metal post when strength, hardness, aesthetic performance, erosion-resistance, fatigue-resistance,and biocompatibility are considered. Furthermore, a high bond strength between fiber post and root canal dentin can be achieved by using resin adhesive. This can prolong longevity of restoration and lessen occurrence of root fracture , which is in favor of preservation of tooth and re-restoration after failure. The purpose of this article is to give a literature review of recent study on fiber post with regard to sort, performance, cementation,and so on.
