共享经济下劳动关系的政治经济学分析——以滴滴司机与共享平台的劳动关系为例 被引量:46

Political Economic Analysis of Labor Relations in the Sharing Economy——A Case Study of the Labor Relationship between Didi Drivers and the Shared Platform

摘要 随着信息技术的快速发展和大数据服务的广泛应用,依托互联网平台产生的共享经济成为一种全新的经济运营模式。这种新的经济模式不仅使传统劳动关系发生了很多新变化,改变了人们对劳动关系的传统认识,而且使共享经济下劳动关系的法律界定面临困境。目前,"滴滴打车"作为共享经济的典型形式,已经成为学术界关注的热点。运用马克思主义政治经济学的相关原理分析发现,共享经济不仅没有改变资本追求剩余价值的本性,反而使资本对劳动剥削的手段更加隐蔽化、过程更加碎片化,并由此导致资本对劳动的剥削更加深化、更加广化。我国有必要加快《劳动法》的修订日程,以适应这一新变化。 With the rapid development of information technology and the wide application of big data services, the sharing economy generated by relying on the Internet platform has become a brand-new economic operation mode. This new economic model not only causes many new changes in traditional labor relations and changes in people’s traditional understanding of labor relations, but also makes the legal definition of labor relations in the sharing economy face difficulties. At present, as a typical form of sharing economy, 'taking a taxi by Didi'has become a focus of academic circles. It is found through analysis by using relevant principles of Marxist political economics that sharing economy has not changed the nature of capital’s pursuit of surplus value, and has even made the means of capital exploitation of labor more concealed and the process more fragmented, and has thus caused capital exploitation of labor deeper and wider. In view of the new situation and new characteristics of labor relations in the sharing economy, it is necessary to propose corresponding policy suggestions to promote the sound development of sharing economy and protect the labor rights of laborers.
