论资本的增殖特性与行为规律

On the Proliferation Characteristics and Behavior Law of Capital

摘要资本具有“自行增殖”的内在本性与扩张特性,由之展开的资本运动呈现三种规律性特征:从增殖逻辑看,资本遵循从“积聚”向“集中”和垄断演进的规模扩张方式,从生产空间向生活空间拓展的空间扩张路径,从实体资本向虚拟资本演进的脱实向虚倾向;从权力逻辑看,资本致力于实现对经济过程的全面支配,对政治权力的僭越与“收编”,并以“制造同意”的方式实现对社会的文化霸权与意识形态统治;从生存逻辑看,资本能形成应对危机与挑战的自我调节机制和弹性适应能力,保障其增殖机制持续运作,并借以开辟新的生产场域和价值空间。规范和引导资本健康发展,全面提升资本治理效能,需深化对新的时代条件下资本特性及其行为规律的认识。 Capital has the inherent nature of“self-proliferation”and the capital movement presents three regular characteristics:from the perspective of proliferation logic,capital follows the scale expansion mode from“accumulation”to“concentration”and monopoly,the spatial expansion path from production space to living space,and the trend from real capital to virtual capital;from the perspective of power logic,capital is committed to realizing the overall domination of economic process,the arrogation and“integration”of political power,and the cultural hegemony and ideological domination of society through“making consent”;from the perspective of survival logic,capital forms a self-adjustment mechanism and elastic adaptability to cope with crises and challenges so as to ensure the continuous operation of its proliferation mechanism and thus opens up new production fields and value space.To guide the healthy development of capital and improve the efficiency of capital governance,it is necessary to deepen the understanding of the characteristics and behavior law of capital in the new era.
